These terms govern the provision of online education services through Easy Digital's website, in compliance with the Distance Marketing Directive (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), and applicable GDPR regulations.

By registering for a course, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

Provision of online course access at a price published on the website. The course is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All course content (videos, materials, texts, graphics) is the intellectual property of Easy Digital, protected by copyright law.

Prohibited Uses:

• Do NOT copy, download, or share course content
• Do NOT resell or transfer access
• Do NOT reproduce without permission
• Violations are subject to legal action

⭐ 4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

Easy Digital offers a full refund ONLY if BOTH conditions are met:

CONDITION 1: Content Consumed

• You must have consumed LESS than 15% of the course content
• The course is 21 days in duration
• 15% represents approximately 3 days of content
• If you have completed more than 15%, there is NO refund

CONDITION 2: 3-Day Timeframe

• You must request a refund WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS from purchase
• NOT 14 days. ONLY 3 DAYS.
• Standard consumer withdrawal period (14 days) is modified for digital goods due to immediate delivery
• After 3 days, the right to refund is forfeited

Why 3 Days (Not 14)?

• Short-duration course: The entire course lasts only 21 days
• Immediate consumption: Digital content is delivered instantly - you begin consuming immediately
• Proportional protection: After 3 days, you have already consumed a significant portion of the 21-day course
• Justified restriction: EU Distance Selling Directive permits shorter withdrawal periods for digital goods delivered immediately, where consumption has begun
• Consumer evaluation time: 3 days is sufficient to evaluate course appropriateness

How to Request a Refund:

1. Email: info@online.facefitness-gym.com
2. Include: confirmation number, reason, and purchase date
3. Easy Digital will respond within 3-5 business days
4. If approved: refund processed within 7-10 business days

EXCLUSIONS - NO REFUND IF:

• ✗ You consumed more than 15% of the content
• ✗ More than 3 days have passed since purchase
• ✗ You are a business/legal entity (except proven technical defect)
• ✗ There was misconduct (hacking attempts, rights violations)

5. PAYMENT METHODS

Easy Digital accepts: Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Stripe, Hotmart, and other payment methods available in your region.

Security: All payments are encrypted. Easy Digital NEVER stores or accesses complete card information.

6. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU) and UK GDPR.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

For EU Customers:

These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your domicile (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

For UK Customers:

These terms are governed by English law (England and Wales). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your domicile (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
